These one-hour group coaching sessions are designed around British Cycling’s core coaching principles and run throughout the summer. Each session focuses on developing the four key elements of effective cycling performance:
Sessions are inclusive, progressive, and tailored to the group’s needs – ideal for riders looking to improve fitness, skills, and race readiness in a supportive, structured environment
Tuesdays, 7-8pm, May to August. Meeting point always in or around Richmond Park, but exact location varies weekly. Check the Forum or the WhatsApp Group.
Richard Carrington is an experienced Level 3 British Cycling Coach and Level 1 TrainingPeaks Coach, offering 1:1 coaching and individually prescribed training plans for riders of all abilities looking to progress from their current level. He also delivers structured group coaching sessions throughout the year, helping riders develop fitness, technique, and confidence in a supportive and goal-focused environment.
